This week, our family has been busy! My youngest, my 10-year-old son, had surgery. To make his recovery as fun as possible, we transformed an unused area into the ultimate kid's hangout. The room now boasts a bunk bed, a snack station, Gatorades, and a big-screen TV perfect for Christmas movies. It’s like a mini getaway designed just for him during this time.

Guess who's been in the neighborhood? None other than King Charles! While he didn’t stop by the yarnery, it was certainly exciting to know he was just down the road. It’s a bit surreal having a royal so close, even if only briefly!
