3D Flower Made in One Piece

Crochet a raised daffodil and its granny square background in one piece! BloomScape CAL Block 9 creates a three-dimensional bloom without sewing on a separate flower, ready for spring blankets, pillows and other floral projects.

Why you’ll love it: Realistic 3D Daffodil Design in a Seamless Square

  • This pattern creates a raised, dimensional daffodil flower in the center of each granny square, adding depth and visual appeal to your work.
  • Crafted in one piece, the daffodil and square are made in a continuous flow, making it easier to avoid joining or sewing additional pieces.
  • Use classic daffodil colors—yellow for the petals and orange for the trumpet—for a realistic look, or customize with your preferred colors for a unique twist.
  • This design makes each square a standout element, bringing a bright and cheerful focal point to blankets, table runners, or wall decor.

Beginner-Friendly with Step-by-Step Instructions for a Seamless Finish

  • The Daffodil Crochet Flower Granny Square pattern is accessible for beginners, with simple stitches and easy-to-follow instructions guiding you through the entire process in one piece.
  • The step-by-step directions show you how to form the daffodil’s trumpet and petals, then build out the square frame, ensuring a polished, cohesive look.
  • Each square works up quickly, allowing you to create multiple squares for larger projects without complex assembly.
  • This pattern is a great way to practice texture and shaping while creating a beautiful, finished piece in one continuous crochet.

Perfect for Spring Projects, Gifts, and Home Decor

  • Ideal for creating a seasonal spring blanket, pillow cover, or decorative wall hanging, these daffodil granny squares add a touch of nature-inspired beauty to any space.
  • Arrange multiple squares together for a cohesive blanket design or use single squares for smaller decor pieces like potholders or coasters.
  • This daffodil granny square also makes a thoughtful, handmade gift for loved ones, adding a special floral touch that’s perfect for birthdays, Mother’s Day, or spring celebrations.
  • Lightweight and versatile, these squares bring springtime joy to any project, making them a lovely addition to your crochet collection.

What’s included

  • A crochet pattern PDF, available as an instant download.
  • Video tutorials for both right- and left-handed crocheters.

A little confusing in parts

I managed yo make this, but P.4 doesn't mention the size 4 hook needed on p 6.
On p.5 Round 2 says 1 single crochet. Video says 2.
Video says turn the work inside out before starting round 4.( p 6)
Pattern doesn't mention rhis til Petals round 1.
Round 4 pattern says half double crochet into each back loop. Video says go underneath both loops.
There is also no p.7 but three page 8s and no p.10 Very confusing.
